Coaching is  about having an objective outsider to tell you the truth,  to guide you,  and  to keep you on track. 

Coaching is  about creating.   It's about using existing conditions as starting points for your new creations.

Coaching is  about learning to accept yourself as who and what you are.    This is a big first step in accomplishing any goal.

Coaching is  about learning to accept everything exactly as it is and all others as they are.   

Coaching is  about letting go of those false beliefs and dysfunctional  habits that are keeping you where you are today. 

Coaching is NOT  about judging, condemning, fixing or fighting anything.   Why?   Because changing, fixing, and fighting are counter productive.   They actually give power to what you don't want.   

Coaching is NOT  about changing you or fixing you, either.   It's not that you are perfect.  It's about understanding that judging, condemning, fixing, or fighting your present experiences are counter productive.

Coaching is  about seeing opportunities and noticing previously hidden possibilities.   It's about making wise choices.   It's about creating consciously and intentionally.

Coaching is  about being more successful and better paid in your chosen field of endeavor.
